A Permanent Home for Software Businesses Built to Last

Olea provides software companies a steady, reliable home for the long term. We aim to preserve what makes each business successful and support teams with the resources and experience they need to continue growing.

Our Story

We are a group of software operators and investors focused on building durable software businesses over the long term. We have built, run, and supported software companies and understand what it takes to develop products, serve customers, and lead teams through growth and change. Creating something that lasts requires patience, commitment, and genuine respect for the people who make the business work.

Olea exists to provide software companies a steady, reliable home for the long term. We focus on preserving what makes each business successful, including its product, customers, and people, while supporting thoughtful growth over time. We take a patient approach and do not invest with the intention of selling.

We partner with entrepreneurs who have built durable software businesses and are looking for a stable next chapter. Our role is to maintain what already works, support teams with experience and resources where helpful, and ensure each business continues to serve its customers well into the future.

Our team has decades of experience building and investing in software companies. We have run software businesses, built products, and managed the day-to-day responsibilities that come with growing a company. We bring that experience to the companies we partner with.
